And there are others trading just a little higher from those lows which will be good bets, too like PRMS. I like to play this game, but there is a caution,. Some of these puppies will rally next year off some unforeseen low as yet and present a winner for a short time ( if the market rallies) and then fail big again for next year. Not that I am naming the great PAIR as one of those, but WSTL late last year sold off from the high teens to 10ish to rally up to 15 and end the year at where? 5 now, 3 ish this month. So te strategy is not always a buy and hold one!
