Actually, I felt that the Jones case was too implausible to have any merit. They seemed to try and mold a case on very little evidence.

It shows that it is relatively simple to file civil charges against a sitting President. If you don't agree then wait until George W. Bush gets into the WH and then see what his enemies come up with.
