Hold Nova!

It's that time of the year for the "Santa Claus Rally" which so far has been held at bay by nervous investors holding very expensive stocks and standing close to the exits. Over recent weeks they've bought selectively in heavily-traded issues so if potential problems hatch, traders will have a liquid market in which to dump their most recent purchases. Speculative mania has surely replaced 'value investing' in the U.S. stock market.

Again this afternoon weakening stock prices were met with (muted) buying interest. With the possibility of an impeachment vote this weekend, tomorrow may be the last chance for a rally to unfold. Much more hesitancy and investors may back away for the rest of the year.

The sector that is becoming a better value with each passing day is gold stocks.

Allow me to disagree on Clinton, for starters the whole situation proves
that country can't get away with electing "non-presidential" President, maybe a lesson learned for years to come. Inability to deal with Iraq, IMO has less to do with "Wag the Dog" and more with inability of Clinton to build a coalition or even tacit support....Look even Netanyahu (sp) looks far stronger than Clinton and probably can push him around easily and with impunity...I can't believe this Why signed by Clinton with such Great Statesman-like hupla....what a sharade...
Clinton must resign for the country good (any other solution is bad for the country, world and himself..It is not about who is right or wrong, constitutional or not....If Quarteback is killing a team, he must step-down...
