Homer, As a contrarian, these upgrades are music to my ears. The only reason analysts change price targets is because the stocks have gone up. Nonsensical, but that is how it works. I am staying with April expiration. Morgan Stanley, as usual, neglected to mention anything about the fundamentals of the business next year. <G> I am not buying 3Com puts. Yet. The pc boxmakers are stuffing the channel and many of them use US Robotics modems. So, 3 Com should have another leg up after reporting "better than expected" eps. After that, they die with the glut.
