Tom: I am not going to sit without determining NSEW. If management doesn't want to respond, then I would take any opportunity to get them out. What direction are you headed in? Is it the direction that accepts it because that is the way it has always been. Without an opportunity to vote as a shareholder you are in the desert headed in not direction also. All of these posts happen with us all just sitting in the desert. You did not explain the problem, you accepted it. If we have an opportunity to vote again, then we will all have a chance to take a direction. Wait... Did you say direction? Did you mean we were going somewhere? Did you mean we were being steered somewhere? Is there anywhere to go? Lets hope the "facts" appear or are forced to appear. Brad Mertz
