Morning Voltaire,..Re:.MM's said buy at 44. TA boys say now buy at $70.

This is the big question I have regarding exclusive use of TA. Often, a clear buy signal occurs after a significant run-up. I can't reconcile this with buying on the obvious panic sell-offs when price action has been stretched beyond any reasonable level. Or selling when price appreciation has way overshot reasonable levels.

Now if you ask me to define reasonable levels, I can't. But (intuitively), a reasonable level occurs within the context of the industry price action and within the context of the appropriate index, i.e. NDX.

Lee
