I would concur that feeling. It was a common practice in the late 80's
and rarely worked to actually prevent a takeover, only it constructed the forum by which one company could take out the other. The guidelines.

Not that it is a given that PAIR is taken out, but 7 and change is a bargain for the patient investor whatever lies ahead except massive operating losses ( and I think Westell has cornered the market on that one for the ADSL cos.)!
