I've been long UNFY for about 9 months, and though it is getting a huge push up on huge volume, probably due to the Greenberg positive piece and the CNBC interview, the fact remains that on the fundamentals the company is very cheap:

Looking at Last Quarter Annualized Numbers:

Price to Sales of 2.77 which is not outrageous
Price to Earnings of 23.75 again, a market multiple, not a nosebleed

I've met with mgmt and personally feel they are very good execution guys.

There is so little institutional ownership that the marginal buyers are the big guys.

Frankly, I'd rather short bad companies with bad management, bad accounting, etc. than a good company that even with thte recent run is still not overvalued.

Can I ask what is the catalyst that you think will make the stock fall?

best regards;
Joe
