GLMC at $1.80 !!! WOOOO!!! Deal with RNWK!!! ALWAYS RUNS AT LEAST 50-100% ON NEWS!!!! Its FAST and EAAAASSSSYYY MONEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

On every news release, GLMC is a GIMMEE, because it starts out slow
enough so you can get onboard and then pops later in the day...
its happened 3 times in a row... with at least 50% gains(including 2
doublers) each time. My explanation is that it is a new stock,
and probably there's some promoter out there is pumping it to clients on news days which triggers a STRONG rally
starting about mid-day... like CLOCKWORK!!! Very tight float. Get in B4 NOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Here's the release, and its FINGER LICKIN' GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD:

Company Press Release

Global Media Gets 'Real' About
Streaming Internet Media With
RealNetworks

Companies Sign Software and Media Distribution Agreement and Prepare
for Joint Marketing and Branding Program

NANAIMO, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1998-- Global Media Corp. (OTC BB:GLMC -
news) www.globalmediacorp.com, announced today the formation of the Global Media Entertainment Network,
which will be accessed through RealNetworks' (Nasdaq:RNWK - news) RealPlayer G2, available for free
download at www.real.com.

The Web service, played through RealPlayer G2 and accessible through the upcoming Global Media Entertainment
Network, will stream multiple channels of entertainment programming varying from music and videos to live events
and celebrity interviews. The service will utilize RealNetworks' RealSystem G2 as well as the Real Broadcast
Network to create and deliver synchronized multi-media presentations of audio, video, images, and text streams,
allowing consumers to click on
links for additional artist information, audio and video samples as well as to purchase the desired product.

RealNetworks will also assist in lead generation for Global Media's licensing program. Certain inquiries made by
Canadian radio stations to RealNetworks will be co-managed with Global Media for possible inclusion in the
Company's 'Build Your Own CD, Video and Book Store' program. As part of its licensing package for all radio
and television stations, Global Media will offer a streaming broadcast solution that integrates RealSystem G2
technology.

RealNetworks and Global Media Launch Formidable Marketing Program

RealNetworks and Global Media have further begun working on a joint marketing program to brand and promote
the Global Media Entertainment Network. Winston V. Barta, Global Media's Vice President said: ''With
RealNetworks' multi-million user installed base and web sites generating millions of hits per day, the power they
bring to a marketing and branding program is immense.''

Jeff Mandelbaum, Vice President of North American Sales for RealNetworks said, ''Our two companies have an
excellent fit. We look forward to completing work on the joint marketing plan and to a strong and successful
relationship with Global Media.''

This will add an important new dimension to the Global Media network of licensed websites. ''The RealNetworks
system, in conjunction with our retail licensing program, gives us an advantage that will further solidify our position
in this emerging market,'' said Michael Metcalfe, President of Global Media. Monte Walls Burris, Global Media's
VP of Corporate Affairs further stated, ''As well as providing the value added content that will attract both new and
repeat users, our relationship with RealNetworks further positions us for the changing paradigm of media
distribution which continues to move toward online digital delivery.''

Global will provide both streaming and downloadable audio and video content as well as hard copy CD, home
video and book purchase and delivery to users of Global Media's entertainment and sales Web site, now under
construction. Global Media's licensing partners include RealNetworks (Nasdaq:RNWK - news), Liquid Audio,
inventory and fulfillment distributors Baker & Taylor, and music and video database providers Muze, Inc. Global
Media recently launched its online licensing center and is currently accepting applications at
globalmediacorp.com.

More sophisticated than the affiliate programs currently offered by its competitors, Global Media's licensing
program allows existing ''bricks and mortar'' and online businesses to enter the entertainment distribution market
without having to invest in the sophisticated back-end infrastructure being developed by Global Media.

RealNetworks (Nasdaq:RNWK - news), based in Seattle, Wash., is the recognized leader in the streaming media
market. It develops and markets software products and services designed to enable users of personal computers
and other consumer electronic devices to send and receive audio, video and other multimedia services using the
Web. RealNetworks can be found on the World Wide Web at www.real.com.

RealNetworks' RealSystem G2 enables the highest quality audio and video available on the Internet today. A
powerful new music codec provides a higher level of sound quality for dial-up users, and new postfiltering
capabilities create smoother video images. The new SureStreamâ„¢ feature provides a consistent end-user
experience across variable Internet connection speeds, improving audio and video quality.

By the year 2000, according to the GartnerGroup, online consumer sales will reach $20 billion; an increase of
233% over this year's estimated $6.1 billion. Market research firm Jupiter Communications cites online sales of
commodity products such as CDs, videos, PC software, paper products and event tickets as a key component in
the growth of this market. In 1998, the music and video industries will generate in excess of $70 billion worldwide
and more than $200 million in Internet sales revenues. Market projections exceed $3 billion for 2002. ''The new
economy,'' says Joe Carter, managing partner at Andersen Consulting, ''could rapidly overtake the
existing economy as we know it.''
