Mike, All..

Good recommendations. I will likely go with your slimmed down anchor post and put some DD meat and number crunching in post #1, which is referred to in the anchor post. My number crunching post will likely include a table of comps which is best suited for fixed font viewing.

I will submit draft #2 on Monday to the thread for review and comment.
