To all; I am now beginning to believe that what is going on in the House is beginning to permeate everything, everywhere. The market started fading as soon as these hearings resumed in earnest despite a great interest rate environment and the usual precedent of going up around Christmas time. I think, these proceedings are frightening all of us more than we collectively wish to admit for fear of making it worse. I think, that is true of the market and the people in the market too. After all, their Americans. The depressing effect may continue for some time although, I hope I will surprised and the market will prove me wrong. I guess, what I am saying is that it is not SEG stock that has some specific problem nor the specialist or institutions. It is the market, itself! By the way, in listening to these hearings I was struck by what a lousy group of lawyers most of these members comprise. I wouldn't let any of them represent me for a traffic ticket. Now I know why they are there. They can't make it on the outside where the other lawyers are. They talk about the rule of law but they don't even know what the law of the land is. When confronted with it they chose to ignore it by claiming it doesn't apply to this Congressional proceeding. The talk about constitutional responsiblity but chose to ignore the constitutional rights of the accused. They base allegations on press releases. We don't do that here. You can't talk out of both sides of your mouth and be believed. PHOTOMAN
