Anyone Concerned about Delisting?

I'm under the impression that after Feb'99, small Cap
stocks will need never trade under $1 for over 30 days,
and must have a net asset value of 2 million in order
to avoid being delisted. How will this effect TSIG?
Will we need to do a 3:1 reverse split? Even if we
get the $1 share price somehow, then how will TSIG's
$30 million debt burden allow it to have any net asset
value? I don't understand how this actually works,
and was hoping you could enlighten us here, Thanks.

Hello Marty,

Are you out there? We have not heard from you for awhile.

The activity beginning to come from TSIG compels your philosophy toward the rewards of maintaining the long position. There are going to be a lot of itchy sell fingers shortly from some of our old friends here.

There is also a lot of continuing advancement concerning TSIG that will necesitate thoughtful discussion. Coming from one of the stalwarts of the thread would be of benefit to all.

There is one very good piece of advice I have always thought carried a lot of weight. Never sell a stock while going up especially if the earnings are continuing to grow.

As always best to you and yours.

Bob

Hi Marty

Where you been? Has anybody here noticed the absence of our good friend marty? I sure have, and I miss him. How come you haven't posted recently saying something like--see told all you guys so, we are right in sitting tight. I know probably to humble to take credit for your accomplishments. Either that or too busy. I suspect the latter.

Everybody here aware of the alphabet soup after his name? If your not click on the link below

Geez, I think a person needs to have a college education just to understand what you do. I bet with credentials like yours, you are always staying busy and have plenty to do. I wonder if the term workaholic applies to you?

O'well thought I would take the liberty here to post some of my thoughts as to your absence.

1) To humble, c'mon marty, come out of the closet and take a bow, I know you deserve it.
2) To busy, holidays, private practice, tsig involvement, family etc.
3) Maybe feel that the thread no longer needs you now that we have such great activity. WRONG
4) Maybe feels that you do need to add fuel to what is imho the impending great rise of tsig.

On all of the above points with the exception of #2 I say WRONG!! You have most certainly been an extremely valuable contributor to this thread. If it were not for you and the guidance you have given me over the last few months I may have perhaps sold out of tsig. While that would not be a big loss to tsig it certainly would have been a big loss to me. Tsig is making my portfolio look very nice. And for that I thank you, for keeping me in, RG for being the visionary I have always thought him to be, and all of the crew at tsig including Dixie. I would be thrilled to read a pr saying the following acct was obtained by dixie! By the way, have you seen the great pr today? We know that you have ties into the company. Could you tell us who it was that steered him tsig into the cohesive deal? That person certainly needs to stand up and take a bow, the applause should be thunderous!

I wonder if your absence can be attributed to the holiday's. If so then my hat is off to you. There should be no greater allegiance than one has to his own family. So if your taking a few days off then I hope you think of all of your loyal supporters as you sing a few christmas caroles around the fireplace. That is after you tell us who
brought the cohesive deal to tsig <vbg>

We are right, now holding tight.

Your friend
