Does it matter to DELL that China's own computer makers are selling better?
Does DELL sell mainly to business and govt in China, not too worried about individual sales to consumers?

Mohan, a click fee is a payment to Dell for every new subscriber that signs up for internet services through a purchase of a shiny new Dell computer.
