Art, It looks like that news story about Ventura County has had a small negative impact on the price of the stock. IMO, it doesn't mean a thing. The news release we had today, was in fact a milestone in itself for ACTV. I believe we will see the rest of the story unfold in the next month. If our patents hold up, we will have the best position of all. I don't think that too many people really understand what HyperTv can do. The demo at the AllStar Cafe was played down, I thought the technology was absolutely excellent. Notice the tie in with e-commerce. Now we need a live demo on our web site, some good PR, ( Mike, you've been doing good ) and we have the makings of another new internet company. FMG
