The company registered a bunch of shares not to long ago that were paid out more than a year ago as restricted shares. I would guess that some of those holders wanted Christmas money, others may want to take profits or loses before the year is out. I think we'll have plenty of buying to take up any more sells as soon as the next earnings report is out. End of quarter was Nov 30. Happy Holidays!
