Well the rumor is that it is Wellpoint... That said, I would not buy based on the rumor only..... This is a turn-around situation where one can see that the CEO has/is divesting of the unprofitable units and has raised premiums but has lost very few doctors as a result.... They are cash rich and the CEO is putting his $ where his mouth is..... This is what makes OXHP a reasonable investment..... I don't even factor takeover in my decision to buy unless I find the shr price too high due to takeover speculation..... Good Luck .....
