Nathanc, I,m not sure if I follow your Logic in respect to final title to these claims.

They are/not ours.

I see release's to the effect of the "staking of" for all properties mentioned. What we don't know is which ones they have applied for work permits on at this time. Not that a call to PFG headquarter's would'nt fix.

But I am afraid not even the Cominco's and Barricks of the world hold any such form of Final Title to these land claims and or current mines, as per the BC Yukon chamber of Mines. Granted British Columbia has by far some of the most stringent rules and regulations, however at no time does a company own Final Title to any Crown Land. Most country's work under a similar program although environmentally many are more relaxed.

When claims are staked you simply own rights to the surface at which point if you find what you are looking for and want to pursue the exploration further, it is at this point you apply for work permits, submit your Reclamation plan etc. You maintain your interest by performing the work under a chattel interest and or lease payments if it is leased property.

But at no such point in time do you ever have "Final Title" to these claims.

Mike
