HEY COLUMBO, (TR) Your opening of the Emerson files is most appreciated and a good idea at this time. It would be interesting to know the backround of this judge, Nicolas Politan to access some sort of senario. Do you or anyone else have any interesting info on him? Looking forward to your post.

Did a search on that name (it's Nicholas BTW ) at www.yahoo.com, and came up with some interesting tidbits. Apparently he's made some major decisions involving the Medicare/HMO controversy. What I read would seem to indicate that he's fair-minded, not inclined to be a political hack.
