Since PRIA is taking over Promis, I for one am hoping for the price to go under 20 before the merger is completed. I also have no doubt in my mind that the stock a year from now will be much higher and that is one reason I am going to take PRIA in exchange for my considerable Promis stake. FWIW.

John,

The 10,000 shares seems to be closer to 4% of the 84K shares owned and the 177K Options held. i.e. Mitch's total vested interest. Whether it's 4% or 12%, the amount seems rather small relative to what many other insiders do.

e.g. Terry Matthews of NN(NYSE) or NNC(TSE) just took about $70MUSD from Nortel for his interest in Cambrian, plus he kept the rights to use Cambrian's current and future products.

I'd also like to own more PRIA. And I wished I'd bought more when it was between $10 and $12. ... but I think that opportunity is gone for this cycle. We're heavy into tax loss selling and earnings warning season. IMO, there's at most another week of downward pressure before the Santa Claus rally and the January effect kick in.

Good luck,
Ian.
