Annette: I don't think so; I think a lot of people are excited about this possible merger move, and many realize how undervalued and oversold this stock is. After the ipo announcement,which could occur much sooner than sixty days, the stock will shoot to the low twenties, conservatively. Look at what other net ipo's have done in this market. There is much more upside potential than downside risk. Also if there is a merger, nothing will keep this stock from 50 and up.
