I understand what you are saying and, since I am not invested either way in the net stocks, can wish you the best. That said I think you are short these stocks for moral reasons and I hope your emotion will not get you into trouble.

I have made some cool money on longing ONSL, YHOO!, LCOS in the past and currently only have AOL, along with CSCO (overpriced), DELL, MSFT. I think that the net stocks will drop significantly early next year before resuming more strength.

Actually Cramer has a nice theory on why these net issues will drop in the future. He believes that there is simply not enough supply for these issues, but with the chains of IPO of crappy net issues, it will eventually cause the the oversupply in the near future and a sharp drop in these net issues.
