Caxton, That is a very interesting post. I cannot imagine how this situation can occur but it seems that the Calypte scientists have produced a better screen than anyone had previous. I hope they followup the HIV positive groups and see if the Sero-negative people sero convert to positive in the near future. I hope they also did Western Blots and other testing methods to confirm HIV status because some people do produce reactive proteins that give false positives. This is very interesting news. -John
