Fred: You have a right to be Peed off. This Co. may be self distructing.

It's a typical case of develop and sell the product without perfecting it, don't back it up with good service and advertising, let the consumer figure out how to make the best of it, let the consumer do the research and find the flaws, capitalize on the consumer's research and development, then charge the hell out of em.

Also, quite simply, this is the dumb managers way to compensating for poor cash flow management. Void contracts, charge excessively.

Many years ago the US Government induced factories to tool up in order to get the large gov. contracts. Papers were signed, monies were expended in good faith by the companies. Then, the gov. cancelled the contracts mid stream before the capital expenditures could be recaptured. Many an east coast factory went under. What is a written contract with the gov. worth? Nothing, better get the money up front.
Sound familiar? NEXTEL!

Too bad Nextel didn't get the IRS contract for computer enhancement, then, they would get a taste of their own business attitude. Now, poor CSC is going to get a good taste of a government screw job, contract worth billions, yea right? Fred, you got me in the mood to vent, going on with tantrums and tangents, time to stop.

Good luck. Oh yea, I'm sure you have MCI Worldcom's 800 number, don't you. I thought it was the best news for Nextel and subscribers, possible acquisition by WCOM, just gossip......

Al G. all ready for the gang fight, where do I report.
