Anthony--I posted this on Roger's thread to Dale Baker, however there are plenty of shorts here I like.

Dale--If you are in need of a short check out PATH.
Made a jump a few days ago on an analyst raising his view of the company prospects. It jumped from under 5.
They have enough shareholder suits going to sate the ABA. The suits are based on their overcharging systematically overcharging Medicare. I don't see a whole lot of upside here. I shorted at 7 3/4.
All the Best

Everyone, write a letter to California Attorney General about CYOE. I am writing a letter asking them to open an inquiry into the company and their executives. I ask you to join me in this. It would be pretty simple.

Someone must stop these people from ever being allowed to run a publicly traded company again.

The address is :

Public Inquiry
P.O. Box 944255
Sacramento, CA 94244-2550

Just include the name of the company and what the company has done in a short paragraph and ask them to look into it.
