Jones had witnesses up to Clintons door. Apparently her smoking gun testimony was a "bent crank." Her friends and co-workers whom she'd excitedly told the story to who were aware of it throughout her silence on the matter.
NO, I've not been involved in civil litigation. The plaintiff has to foot his/her own bill- and for SURE if false, flimsy, fabricated, unsubstantiated, or simply weak evidence(even when the plaintiff is honestly aggrieved)is likely to cause one to lose the case.

I'm glad you are refreshed by my trust. You are however, wrong, in assessing me that way. I recognize the IMPEDIMENTS which motivate folks away from dishonesty particularly where Government isn't involved- a factor which isn't the case in the events you cite! Government run business can make stealing look SO easy! And humans being susceptible as they are to basic greed- well, I think you see where I'm headed from here. Such events as these you mention allow the prepetrators to get the wrong done without ever seeing court nor accusing anyone. It's Apples and Oranges here- thankfully.
