You are right, Amots, Stiltz1 did just join SI a few days ago now that I look at his profile. Its interesting that the _only_ stock he has commented on is NAVR, both here and on the Tokyo Joe thread. It is also interesting that all he does is try to get people to buy NAVR by hyping it--never any questions that express any concerns or asks probing questions, just hype and now, rumor.

It would not surprise me if this guy is gone from SI soon.
