Yes, I'm sure ex-exterminator DeLay is quietly telling all Republican congressman to vote their conscience and do what's good for the country, in their own judgement. And that if they choose to vote against impeachment, there will be no unfortunate consequences for them among the "open tent" Republican leadership.
