You mean full blown multi-media presentations aren't somehow encoded with respect to the date and time they were created? And, the viewers aren't forced to be in synch with those time stamps? Adjusted for time zones, of course. Golly ... these technical discussions are fascinating. I sure hope that these issues are cleared up before the big day. I'd hate to miss out on the animated cartoon of the day! TED
