with Access World, Inc. (ACCESS).
With the signing of this agreement , WINR has granted ACCESS the
rights to sell WINR'S Licenses for its Global Gaming Payout
Structure. With this contract ACCESS will sell a minimum of 21
Licenses per year. With the License price of $100,000 each, this
will generate 2.1 million dollars in Licensing revenue yearly. Along
with the License revenues, it is believed that this contract will
generate between 6-8 million dollars per annum in processing fees
for WINR.
ACCESS is a marketing company that sells Casino Software Packages
around the world. In conjunction with their marketing, thru the
signing of this contract they have agreed to exclusively market the
WINR Payout Structure worldwide as it is the only Credible, Safe,
Structured Payout System.
WINR is a pioneer in developing a Global Gaming Payout System
which they feel will revolutionize both the Internet Casino and the
International SportsBook method of payout. Once on WINR'S System, a
player will be able to track a full accounting of wins and losses at
each licensed site. WINR intends to work closely with all Government
Host Sites insuring adherence to all International Gaming Laws and

Multi-Million Dollar Contract Implementing its Worldwide Gaming Payout System
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Winners Internet Network
(OTC-Bulletin Board: WINR), today announced that it has signed a contract to
provide its worldwide gaming payout structure to Telecommunication Information
System Services, N.V. (TISS). TISS is the only fully operational licensee of
the four exclusive licenses given by the Netherland Antilles government.
TISS, through its sublicensing agreements, provides telecommunication
resources and support to worldwide Gaming Casinos and Sports Wagering
facilities. WINR has recognized TISS to be the standard in the industry for
Internet gaming because of the rigorous licensing requirements established by
the government of the Netherland Antilles.
TISS currently has in operation and has provided sublicensing to
approximately 30 Sports Wagering and Casino sites. Their growth posture is
expected to provide 40 Internet Casino sites, 30 Internet Sports Wagering
sites and 20 "800" number Sports Betting sites.
WINR has developed a Global Gaming Payout System which they feel will
revolutionize both the Internet Casino and the International SportsBook method
of payout. Once on WINR's System, a player will be able to track a full

WINR values this agreement over the next 12 months at 10 to 15 million
dollars. WINR is estimating that they will begin operations with TISS no

Winners Internet Network, Inc. Announces the Signing of a
Software Distributor Agreement
Winners Internet Network, Inc. (OTC BB: WINR) today said that
David C. Skinner, Jr., the Company's President and CEO, would like to
announce the signing of a new contract with Vaudeville Holding, Inc.
Vaudeville Holding is a gaming software developer on the Island of
Curacao. This new agreement grants Vaudeville Holding the rights to
sell Winners' Internet banking financial software in the assigned
territory of the Caribbean meaning, but not limited to,
Antigua-Barbuda, Aruba, the Bahamas, Belize, Costa Rica, Dominica,
Dominican Republic, Granada and St. Kitts.
The nature of Vaudeville's business on the Island of Curacao is
developing and designing gaming software and with the agreement
reached with WINR it allows Vaudeville to offer a complete gaming
package which incorporates its gaming software and WINR's financial
software.
This agreement specifies that Vaudeville will bring in a minimum
of 10 Licensees during the first 12 months of operation and it also
includes performance clauses for subsequent years.
WINR, headquartered in St. Augustine, Fla, is a company which has
