Unfortunately the report is once a month and as of the 10th or 15th of the month. Strange how the 9th was chosen as the "start date" for the repricing period. If any shorting will occur, much of it will be covered toward the end of the period at lower prices, if the shorting is visible shorting (there could be some "Overseas" shorting against shares held in overseas account which might not even show in the monthly report, I do not know the detail of the reporting mechanism, so this comment is very speculative).
