COLUMBO, (TR) Seems like we're in a good position here. Would the best case senario be that the Stellings get paid through future Emerson earnings and that the lawsuit gets dismissed? With all the litigation taking so much time on the company and its shareholders, it's too bad they could get off so easy. After all, Stelling's the one that left the company unexpectedly.
