Technically speaking,CMLFC is forming a base.I don't know why shareholders are selling.It could be tax-loss related .It could be the Asian crisis.It could be the low price making this stock non marginable.As of September 30,1998,cash was $12 million and shares outstanding were 6,653,417.With almost $2.00/share,over $36 million in shareholder's equity,it's hard to understand why the stock price is so low.But the company knows that and is buying back shares.
