I guess it must be somewhat tricky with Cu or they would have done it already. My dad worked in the printed circuit business for years. He was always trying to come up with better ways to plate through holes and so forth. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that these folks will be successful. It's one thing to demo a technology and quite another to get it up and running in mass production.

I also wonder at the performance/cost. I'll have to hunt around. Seems to me we are getting close to where these MPCS can do almost everything we want 'em to as fast as we want, except in the comm area. So I don't see it being a boon to PC sales.
