Joey,

Thanks for the update. "The plot thickens" as they say. I am hopeful but still skeptical about GLOW's involvement with FTET.

FTET is, according to their website, "a diversified public entertainment and communications company". FTET (1) owns a comedy club in downtown Denver, (2) "develops and produces feature length motion pictures", and (3) owns a radio station in Gillete Wyoming.

On May 7, 1997, the company announced the acquisition of "a majority interest in Global Internet Corporation from Global Casino's, Inc., (NASDAQ: GBCS). Global Casinos, Inc. currently operates four casinos located both domestically and internationally. Global Internet Corporation, formerly a subsidiary of Global Casinos, is in the process of developing a Virtual Casino on the World Wide Web."

On Dec. 17, 1997, FTET announced that its subsidiary Global Internet Corp. had been granted an "International Gaming License by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica."

"The Company's primary business strategy is the launching of its Internet Casino (www.globalcasinos.com)."

www.globalcasinos.com is not an internet casino, but rather, the home page for Global Casinos, the former parent company of Global Internet Corp.

On February 4, 1998, the company was delisted by NASDAQ "as a result of its failure to meet the minimum bid price requirements."

On August 3, 1998, FTET "announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent with Sportsnet, Inc., (a Delaware Corporation) Dallas, Texas. Per the letter of intent, Sportsnet will provide to First Entertainment the hardware, software, on-line casino games, lottery contests, web development, associated business applications development, and site maintenance to enable First Entertainment to operate an Internet gaming site from the Commonwealth of Dominica pursuant to a separate gaming license previously granted by Dominica."

On September 16, 1998, "FTET announced the signing of a definitive agreement with Sportsnet, Inc."

I don't know what all this means, but the "Global" that was referred to in a previous post appears that it could be a reference to "Global Internet Corp.". AND, apparently, FTET already has signed a definitive agreement with Sportsnet to develop their Dominican-based casino.

Any comments?!?!?

GO BIG RED!!!
