Max, from what I hear, BOCI's deal with AOL concerns creating set top boxes to compete with Web TV. AOL has been issuing alot of press lately explaining their intention to compete with WebTV in this endeavor. BOCI has been very public about their intention to focus their future on set top boxes. Therefore, the whole thing makes since. As for their modems, I have heard they are very good. I don't have one myself, but I have heard good things. This was a $30 stock not long ago. The downturn in the modem market killed the stock and hurt earnings over the last year or so. They appear to be back on the right track. If I hear anything else, I will keep you informed. RCJIII
