Come on guys. Just don't build your dreams based on some samples. I don't see any acceleration in Zip sales. Couple of posts back, i have justified that the current rate is 1M/month. If there was any momentum, you would have known now from IOM press release of 20M Zips announcement. In fact, if the units stay at 1M/month only, then the % of zips in PCs would keep dropping since the PC sales keep going up.
yeah. there are some signs of more OEM adoption of Zips but till IOM says it with numbers, i won't believe it. I don't want to believe that we are much smarter than the market and the market has not been impressed with IOM so far. I only hope that changes soon since Jaz seems to be gaining some lost lusture. I again want to emphasise CD-RW's threat here.

But i really really hope I am wrong and will be very glad to be proven wrong by IOM with some sweet surprises. But hope is different from reality.
