My order yesterday evening was #1474. No confirmation E-mail, though :(

I thought the e-mail confirmation was fixed so that it would send the message within minutes of the order? I e-mailed the company about the problem.

As everyone should realize by now, I am long on TSIG.

However, I was disappointed with the classical search function. I got script errors (which I emailed to Amy and the webmaster) and had a hard time finding the music I wanted. In fact, I placed an order hoping I had found the right CD. The title was incomplete, and there was no track list. If it is the wrong CD then I will let everyone know how easy it is to return product to TSIG. <g>

I then went to CDNOW and found the CD I wanted VERY easily. In fact, I found it using 2 different methods. CDNOW is head and shoulders above TSIG (right now) in regards to classical music searches. Anyone that has TSIG's ear might want to remind them of this, although I would be shocked if they didn't know already.

Rich, are you listening? Comments?

-Dave

P.S. CDNOW was about $1.4 cheaper for this CD, too. Although, usually I find TSIG to be cheaper.
