andy mann say stock was paid for, court find he, himself, stamped "paid" on prommisory notes. court rule in favor of aznt.

How dreary! Not THIS again! No court has found any such thing. There has so far been NO trial held in connection with matters pertaining to AZNT.

I ask once again, without hope of an intelligent response, why you're unable to understand this. I assume it's because in your Chatty Cathy way you're just spitting up whatever you've been told that seems to be closest to the question at hand.

The issue of the promissory notes, and who signed them, is still entirely open.

andy mann also state stock was valued @ $6, neck & back high was $.25.

Depends on who said what when. Back and Neck went private and sold its shell to NNZA. NNZA did a reverse split, and the stock now sells for 8 1/2. Not the point, though: the POINT is whether Mike Sylver accepted Back and Neck stock in payment, full or partial, of the 4mm shares. And forget the Reg S argument: Mikey never filed the Reg-S private placement with the SEC, so...

now the stock must be returned immediately to the court.

lololololol!!! "Now" as in "since the middle of August"???

Puzzlingly, though, none of what you say has anything to do with brokerage accounts run by Titan/Total Concepts, and/or Mike and/or Gary Sylver. And that was, after all, my QUESTION, wasn't it?

We know that Mike has an account with First Concorde. We know that Titan does as well. Who has accounts at Creative? At Globaltrade?

THAT WAS THE QUESTION, SPIDEY. WHY WON'T YOU ANSWER IT?
