Gregor,

I expect a tight trading range for the foreseeable future.
We aren't yet at the bottom of this range. This may
occur when WTI crude gets in the $9 a barrel range. I
think it's o.k. to play the trading range, but I'm not
going to hold this sector for the long haul until Asian
demand picks up. Former Fed Governor Lawrence Lindsey
said today that he thinks that Asian demand will deteriorate
even further in 1999.
