1. Non-reporting......As already stated, MDIN very soon will be fully reporting. 2. Bulletin-Board listing......MDIN only lacks share price to move unto NASDAQ exchange...MDIN has been one of the top ten mostly heavly traded stock on the OTC> 3. Nevada Corporation.....So what-they have favorable corporate laws there-why not take advantage of it? ....many companies do... 4. SI Hype....So what-I dare say I could find hype on Microsoft on SI threads! In any case, most of the shares traded are done by non SI 'ers who never post on SI or even read it for that matter. Some of the most significant shareholders are interestingly enough-Chilean! 5. In regard to #5, well not happy about that one. Red flags? Perhaps. Need to more than scratch the surface with MDIN to fairly evaluate its potential. Cheers!
