Ron, I believe this is not their first order with US military. They announced 4 orders totalling US$1.5M in Jan. 97. It is interesting to read their progress from that date.. think I gonna buy more.

BTW, This was annouced in May 1997. <<The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has selected the company for negotiation of an advanced reconfigurable computing development contract. DARPA is the Department of Defense agency that created the Internet. The one year development contract, with a proposed value of US$894,000, represents the next step towards making the power of reconfigurable computing available for use with conventional software applications. The purpose of the contract would be to accelerate a conventional software application, data ompression and decompression, using a UNIX operating system and application programmer interface modified to take full advantage of a high performance reconfigurable computing-based system. >> Do you know what happened to this project ?
