Goodboy, the cable swap was not what I was referring to. CNBC reported yesterday a deal pending where AT&T would pay 75% of the
cost of upgrading TWX cable to handle voice transmission and AT&T
would get 75% of the revenues. Not a final deal but a rumored deal
that apparently does not involve TCI. TWX and AT&T would not comment
on this report. Our local paper reported this today.
