Hmmm. Well, if WCII isn't headed to the third world now and you really want in on an emerging markets BBFW play - there's always MMG. If people followed my recommendation way back when I made it they would probably be down a stunning 75-80% right now. Some think it has bottomed in the low single digits and is due for a big rebound. It was up about 27% today. Also, it made Individual Investors Top 25 for 1999 list. I doubled up at 4 1/2 a week ago or so. Not enough risk/thrills in WCII anymore (ha ha).

Jim, Thanks for the site. If enough people keep poking around we'll find a list.

I guess the real question is how WCII defines the top 50 cities. I can't imagine that New Delhi is on their on list.
