I wouldn't be too quick to agree with Ed's points.

First, he was the guy who asked whether or not the buys were at the Bid or the Ask on the day that NN jumped $5+ on 10times normal volume. ;-)

Second, there's nothing strategic to NN about Cambrian's technology. And any tactical advantage has been muted by the rights that NN retains for the usage of Cambrian technology.

So we've got the rights to the product, we've got Nortel's cash; and Nortel gets the production startup costs. If Ed describes this as helping out a competitor, I sincerely hope that NN offers similar help to every other competitor that any of us can imagine.
