Creative is not seen to be a primary beneficiary of lower interest rates (since as we all know it has nearly no debt, and a tonne of cash which it is rightly using to buyback shares and push up its ROE). The market here is obsessed with low growth, no growth or loss-making companies gasping for air in what are usually sunset industries. And then there's the fascination with "property" - it's an island dweller thing.
