You guys have done a very good job. I think what has been sort of articulated here is right: there is good science being done that people get rightly excited about, but the stock gets ahead of itself and until there are real earnings there are inevitably much more severe corrections in biotech stock prices than others.... You can always pick up quality biotech companies at a sale in the near future. Every stock in the portfolio will be had at a much cheaper price sometime soon. Overall, your timing has been very good.

The only exceptions to the firesales are the big bios that are making money.

V1 was insistent that AVIR would be subject to the bridge study as soon as the original release was made during the summer. While I thought he was making definitive conclusions from reading between the lines, I figured he had the right call, but I still really didn't want to sell at $14 like we did, but hey the guy has great instincts and he was a little peeved with the AVIR management. Nothing has changed with the company. While the management at AVIR screwed up, it will still be huge. But, seeing as this release came out after the close and that the stock had a sell off today, I would hope that it sells off again tomorrow, as I could see getting back in, but thought that it was too high. Anyone who got in at $12 or less should be sitting long term on AVIR with a big grin. V1 are you listening??? Are you ready to get back into AVIR yet, and at what price.
