Obviously there is the issue of timing. Are all the Seals in position, etc.? The second aircraft carrier group? Is Israel on board with a promise not to attack? (That's why the new Patriot batteries are enroute there.) Are the impeachment issues at the correct juncture? He definately needs to look Presidential in the worse possible way. What American (that could matter) would damn him for attacking Sadaam Insane? I'll get him a co-ed and a box of Havanas. There is no choice this time. His legacy is bad enough (like none) without him looking like a total whimp and a fool against such an obvious dictator/butcher. You can't drag all the toys to Persia again and not do something. But we'll see.
