Turns out they have the cash and asked me to come over and get it--with my chain saw!?! It turns out their chain saw doesn't work, is not worth repairing, and they don't want to buy another one [since they plan only buying pre-cut wood in the future.

This is absolutely, positively, and in all other ways inconceivable! Did your agreement call for them using your chain saw if you lose???? I don't think so.... What you need is a good Sicilian lawyer.

I have a very good chain saw. I also recently purchased chain saw chaps to protect my legs from a kick back. Highly recommend them.

If my chain saw goes anywhere, I am attached to it. I adjust it. I run it. You want one. Buy it. Stihl saws are the best thing I ever owned and I don't want some one messing it up.

So I know exactly what you mean. You have a wise brother.
