Did you see the latest press release? How strange... Its spooky how it starts out with this line: While Mr. Kevin Petrie of TheStreet.Com (TSC) may appear to be a dispassionate observer researching and reporting facts useful to investors, nothing could be further from the truth. And then goes on... Remember that CYOE has has at least a week to stew over what to say and how respond and they have had since Monday to respond to The Street.Com article, yet it has taken until now to have at least a semblance of a response. It is obvious this whole "oh, he was right here all along," act was the only one they could come up with.
