just to let you know SI administration Bob is watching: I tried to pass along an e-mail I got from bullmarket just now, but my post was deleted in less than 1 minute after I posted it. Apparently, SI frowns on such action, even if it comes as a result of their "unjust" decision ("unjust", in my mind). So, it looks like SI is once again following DGIV thread very carefully. I wonder why? Is it because "someone" tipped them off?? is that how they managed to suspend bullmarket??LOL!!!

The procedure is for someone who has been offended to write to SI and tell what their "grief" is over and give examples. There are certain guidelines you have to abide by in SI. I don't think infractions are found by SI. Someone has to take the time to point them out. Someone obviously took the time to point fingers at bull, and forwarded links and excerpts from his posts. It doesn't have to be an obscene post. Although, if someone offends you continuously, it is best to take those post links, and an escerpt from said post, and send it to SI for them to handle. Obscenity shouldn't be tolerated, but most don't/won't take the time to write SI and bring it to their attention. Posting too many times in too short of a period is a "punishable offense" according to SI. Not to point the finger here as to who the "tattle tale" is, but it was kind of odd that one poster today took great pride in telling exactly how many posts in how much time, Bullmarket made. I think it was even repeated. I do believe that there are those who might show SI, in the same fashion that bullmarket was only "playing with the other children". I may have missed one or two, but I see Bullmarket replying to 46 posts with only 27 replies in a 2 hour period. Those 46 posts were from 4 people. 15 from one, 6 from one, 8 from one and 7 from the other. I doubt this was noted by SI as they only investigate the one being complained against. SI is an interesting world. I have known them to reinstate posters immediately after being proven wrong in their punishment. We shall see what happens. It will be interesting. SI doesn't know what members don't point out to them. It's big territory to police. Anyway...just a glimpse into the system.
